Tell the team whether you are storing furniture, electronics, clothing, documents or mixed household items. Explain how long you expect to store them and whether you will need access during that period.
Confirm facility details before booking
Ask which facility is proposed, what environmental controls it provides, how access works and what items it accepts. Confirm availability, storage terms and charges directly before committing. Packing and transport arrangements should be discussed separately where needed.
Plan pickup and return delivery
Prepare an inventory, label boxes clearly and keep a record of what is stored. Provide both addresses and building access details if you already know the return delivery destination.
